At the heart of the group is Delouya Construction Center, established in 1978 by Yosef and Michel Delouya as a pioneering company specializing in the design and construction of industrial buildings, factories, and public buildings. Delouya Construction Central has built its reputation and become one of the leading and most reliable companies in Israel in its field over the years.
To expand its service range to clients and centralize all construction services up to completion, the company has established subsidiary companies over the years. These are specialized companies that work together with Delouya in collaboration, while also operating independently. The Delouya Group functions as a parent company that creates synergy among the group’s companies, ensuring economic resilience, management capabilities, and professional support.
